Return Policy

By viewing the pictures, knowledge of the materials, and the availability to call if you have any questions; there are no refunds. An exchange of jewelry can be made for all styles that are continually duplicated. All mailing charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer has three (3) days to contact the company for an exchange and must be returned within 10 days. There are no refunds or exchanges with custom made jewelry.

Shipping

All jewelry will be shipped priority mail and will include insurance if insurance is available. If the jewelry arrives damaged, please call the local post office immediately and inform them of the damage. Then contact us so that we can process the claim. Once we receive the damaged piece of jewelry, an identical piece(s) of jewelry will be sent to the customer at no charge.

Ordering

No more than two of any single item can be ordered without prior verification of availability. Please contact Avra or JB via phone, 352-874-2278, or by e-mail, avrajb@individualizeddesigns.com. We want to assist you with the larger orders and to be sure it’s done in a timely manner.
